Rock on this weekend in Treasure Hunter with three different Gemstone Golem outfits that’ll bring you extra mining benefits and more!
Unlock a Treasure Hunter chest from 01:00 BST on 19th June to 00:59 BST on 24th June to win the Sapphire, Emerald and Ruby Golem outfits and then combine them to create the amazing colour changing Magic Golem outfit.
Different outfits will be available across the five days (note that each day runs from 01:00 BST until 00:59 BST):
Day 1 – Sapphire
Day 2 – Emerald
Day 3 – Ruby
Days 4 and 5 – all colours
Don your Gemstone Golem outfit to be transformed into a hulking rock beast with a gemstone heart.
While wearing any of the Gemstone Golem outfits, your chance of mining successfully will be increased by 5%. If you’re wearing the Magic Golem outfit, all Living Rock creatures will be non-aggressive and your chance of mining successfully will be increased by 7%.
The effects of the outfits stack with the Quarrymaster aura (any tier) if you have it. Also, if you own any parts of the golden mining suit or the Varrock chest piece, the Gemstone Golem outfits will replicate their effect!
Each outfit is made up of five parts: head, torso, legs, hands, and feet. You don’t need to have a full outfit to combine parts and create the colour changing outfit - if you have Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald hands, for example, you can combine them to create colour-changing hands while you collect the rest of your outfits.
All players get at least one Key per day, and if you’re a RuneScape member you’ll get two! You can also earn more through gameplay – simply visit the wiki to find out how, and learn a little more about Treasure Hunter too.
