That means the lowest combat level will be 4, and any skiller with any combat levels above 1 will no longer be a skiller.

This also means you can get 99 Summoning, Hitpoints and Prayer while remaining combat 4

Am I the only one that hates this?

I am in love with it. 99 Summoning via 200m fm with bonfires, 99 hp @ sw, 99 pray, and still be a skiller. Runescape will be a lot more fun.
