i dont think you actually keep the resources... dont you need to deposit them to get the xp?

these rune rock things are bonuses coming from training it, but the stuff you harvest that is not any resources like this is handed back in

I wonder, are these portable resources added to "rebalance" the influx of resources, seeing as buyables have gone sky-high recently?
