I have been thinking lately.. I really do enjoy this clan, but unfortunately I do get the thought about leaving often lately. I do not know if it's me.

This way of thinking may be caused of how I feel at that moment but oh well, we'll see

I think the best thing to do is assess why it is that you feel that way. Is it something that can be resolved? Maybe it's just a case of stepping away from the cc for a while when you're online, but again it all depends on the situation.

Either way, it'd be sad to see you go

We won't hate you for it, nor will we love you for it. Nothing changes, just that you are in a different clan chat. The friends you made here will never go away. You're always welcome as a guest.
So: if you're not feeling like staying, go. If you don't feel like leaving, stay.

Not aiming for simpaty or something, just letting you guys know what I feel. And I need to make my own decisions in the end I know. And I will, but so far I do not know what to do.

Yes was wondering about that already. Am comparing the things with why I want to leave and why not.

It's not uncommon to experience impulses, but if it's occupying your mind a lot, you need to figure out why

People often think the grass is greener on the other side, I know it isnt easy being staff with the extra responsibilities.

Maybe play out of the chat for a week or so and see how much you miss us

I often leave the chat Cahaya, especially after a bit of drama or something, i end up heated and just tend to leave the chat for a while. Or for example when there is political talk or things being spoke about that i don't do well with (deaths for example) i just leave the chat and return a few hours later, sometimes the break really does help, give it a try

I really hope not. I don't really know you but it's obvious you are now a vital and core member of the clan and staff team, so from a selfish point of view it would be a massive loss  But do whatever makes you happy.

ps - Always wondered, why is your character a boy?

I hear you Liz.  I am having a lot going on in real life at the moment and am frustrated with Jagex (probably partly because there is so much else going on in my life now (Nothing terrible)) so I am trying to decide if I need a Runescape break.  Consentus is here and behind you.  You are a valuable member of the clan.  If you decide to leave or take a break - we will be here.  If you decide to stay - let us know the best way to support you (letting you have space - carrying on the same...)  We have wonderful clannies.  I hope you will find the best path forward for you remembering we are still here!

Well, usually when me and another person starts talking in pm or global chat for example some people ask me for my gender. And when I say female most reactions are like "Yea sure, you probably say that only for money" or something in that direction. So I changed to male. Thats when people stopped asking me about my gender.

But hey, I've had to leave the chat temporarily for a breather - social time isn't good for everyone all the time, y'know?

I personally don't think you should leave, but it's up to you - if you find yourself wanting to leave more than stay, then it's really your choice.
