No it doesn't since they cant use weapons/armour opposed to Imy (prom bind, easy to reproduce), Meg(f2p anyway).

minz if ur doing c1 in f2p. with 2 skiller all monster are lvl 2s max and u get a frantic wepon and bos are 1 hits

Again, think it through.

Say someone has primal armour/2h bound. They wont unbind to rebind a f2p weapon for this competition.

u dont need to unblind??/ u get a frantic wepon every c1 when u enter teh floor? and the monster are lvl 2s u can kick them and 1 hit??
