It's atleast two months, or 10 weeks. This is from the update on the home page itself.

I got around 1-700 in less than two hours of LRC Mining. I thought that was a fairly fast method.
It seems to be dependent on how often you get a resource or something. I got zero when doing Smithing.

if you have a gold or better pendant, then youll get it in 1/10 gathered items which is really nice for mining =)

There is some truth in this statement...

1,320 is F2P cap, recently learned about this.
