If you ever feel as if a clan member is being disruptive and is intentionally doing things that they shouldn't be doing which may break the RuneScape and Clan rules, then you should report them to them an Owner as soon as possible. Listed below are a bunch of scenarios which may fall under being disruptive or breaking the rules.
If you're not sure of the
clan rules, then please be sure to give them a quick read, it shouldn't take too much time and knowing the rules will hopefully help you avoid unwanted trouble.
Please note that all reports will be remain confidential. What to look for when deciding if a clan member is worthy of reporting: - Creating an unfriendly atmosphere.
- Excessive swearing or swearing aimed towards members.
- Intentionally trolling members.
- Intentionally aggravating a member.
- Intentionally spamming or trying to cause problems.
- Ignoring multiple warnings.
- Scamming
- Discussing things in the CC that aren't to be discussed in the clan chat (Drugs, religion, politics).
- If you think they're botting, RWTing or Account sharing.
If a player is breaking Jagex's rules, then it's also breaking the clan rules - These things should be reported ingame too!
How to report a member: To submit your report, you're going to want to send a private message to either one of the owners -

Charms. Once your report has been submitted, we will take a look at the material and decide on an appropriate solution to the situation.
Please be sure to fill out this report sheet when sending your report to one of the owners. Remember, taking screenshots will not only make our jobs easier, but providing proof of your report and help strengthen the case. - Date of report: Write when the offence occurred.
- Name of member: Name of the user you'd like to report.
- Reason for report:Tell us why you're reporting this member, what rule(s) did they break?
- Other information: Any other relevant information regarding what happened.

How to send a report: Step 1 - Located at the top right-hand corner of the forums is your forum username. Hover over it to display a drop down list (see screenshot), here you can select "Send a message".
Step 2 - Enter a name of one of the clan owners. (
