Skiller profitable farm run guide
« on: August 31, 2016, 12:36:02 »
Hi everyone,

So I made this guide back in july and I felt like sharing this with you all. Especially since a lot of skillers have difficulties making some gp in-game and this method is simply amazing to make some gp and it only takes 8-10 minutes of your time.

The guide doesn't include the new update with the new wilderness herb patch. I do really recommend planting bloodweed seeds there tho, because it adds about 150k extra profit on top of the profit I've shown in the guide.

Hope this guide helped some of you out  O:)

Anytime! Glad you like it. About the sound... apparently it got a copyright claim so it got removed. I'll see if I can add sound to it, haha!

I used to do farm runs so frequently but after hitting 120 and shifting my focus on other skills that are so time consuming it's tough to find time to continue to do them...

Nice guide.

Though I'm not a skiller, farming herbs was how I paid for maxing and still how I pay for many things to this day.

Cool little video, Apace! Farming herbs is pretty good for a bit of passive money-making (Not having to do much for it)
Hypocritical of me at this stage considering I haven't done a herb run in quite some time...

Not certain zesty, I think some of these guides are out of date in terms of profit/costs, but they’d be a decent guide to follow co wise. Just watch out for new items released in the last year or so that may boost xp or yield, or provide perks

The guide is a bit old, but I do think that it stands up pretty well. Prices fluctuate all the time, so there may be better herbs than shown in the video.

Toadflax and Kwuarm appear to be the most valuable right now at over 5,000 gp each. Toadflax seeds cost 3,000 and Kwuarms cost just under 5,000. I think the minimum harvest you can get from a herb patch is 5, so if it doesn't die, you'll still be increasing your profit by 400%.

Also, not mentioned in the guide as it's fairly new, are bloodweeds. Can only be grown in the wilderness, but each herb gives 26,000 GP.

Oh, also, you may want to purchase the scroll of life, use a JuJu farming potion and have the Legendary Greenfingers aura.
