Here are the locations for the new safes that were introduced today as part of the Safe cracking (http://services.runescape.com/m=news/safecracking--patch-notes?jptg=ia&jptv=community_news#_ga=2.138975859.1757464391.1525111000-1039119325.1516124834) update.
