Hey, decided I'd do a skillers item list guide for the easy and the not-quite-so-easy skillers items. Most of the items are only for looks, though some can be useful.
I will include in this guide whether the items need combat, if the item is 100% drop and any extra info. If you feel something is missing, please let me know and I'll try and correct it.
Great Orb Project - Staffs, robes, tiara [F2p items]
Castle Wars - Halo, hoods, capes
Rogues armour
Camel Mask
Bearhead
Rat pole
Mouse Toy
Mobilising Armies
Fist of Guthix [F2P items]
Underwater gear - Crab claw, crab helm, diving apparatus
Satchels
Mogres - hat, flippers
Banners
Diary reward - Varrock armour, Karamja gloves, Fremennik boots, Seers' headband, Ardougne cape
Boots of lightness
Circus rewards
Dwarven Army Axe
Skull Sceptre [F2P but unachievable]
Hazeel Cult - Mark of Hazeel, Carnillean armour
Khazard Armour
Gas Mask
Katana
Barb Assault horn - small, large
Cat training medal
Ice Gloves
Elemental Shield
Duellist Cap (tier 1-6) [F2p item]
Wildstalker Helmet [F2p item]
Glarial's amulet
Blurite Sword
Beads of the Dead
Silverlight/Black Silverlight
(click to show/hide)
Requirement - 50 Runecrafting.
Official world - 60 (p2p), 61 (f2p)
Great Orb project is a good place to get Runecrafting tabs for altars, but it also offers 3 different sets of armour [blue/green/yellow], staff talismans and omni-tiara.
Each item costs 1k points each, so 4k for each set. You can get doubles and they are storable in player owned house (POH).
As well at the robes, there is also the Talisman staffs which cost 10k tokens EACH. To make one you need to buy the staff off Wizard Elriss and add the talisman of your choice at the corresponding altar. [Such as nature talisman + staff and take to Nature altar to connect it]
To get the Omni-talisman staff you need to show every talisman or tiara to the person and you will receive an omni-talisman in return which you can then use on the staff for Omni-staff. To get an omni-tiara, just use the omni-talisman on a blank tiara.

Castle Wars has 12 different wieldable rewards for skillers, although most skillers only get most kills, most flags and a Halo.
Winning - 2 Tickets
Drawing - 1 Ticket
Losing - 0 Tickets
There are main worlds for Castle wars, but so long as you have a person on the other team you can play it in any world, which makes it easy to achieve the most kills and most flags cape.
If you want to play in the proper world though, most kills can be achieved using the catapult.
Saradomin hood + cape / Zamorak hood + cape
The hoods and the capes are all 10 tickets each. Which would be a minimun of winning 5 games.
Left to right: Guthix, saradomin, Zamorak
All 3 halos cost 300 tickets each, which is a minimum of 150 games winning every single one, which is equal to 62.5 hours of Castle wars.
On the left is the most flags cape, to get this you have to score the most flags on your team when the game ends. This can be achieved going to an empty world with your friend and scoring just the one flag and them scoring none.
On the right is the most kills cape. This can be done in the official worlds with the catapult or can be done in an empty world with friend. This cape requires 0 cmb xp. You can either kill people with cannon or blow them up in the underground with explosives.
Left to right: Hobbyist cape, Enthusiast cape, Professional cape
All 3 of these capes cost 2 tickets each, but in order, they require the completion of 500, 1000 and 5000 games. This works out at 208 hours for 500, 416 hours for 1000 and 2083 hours (86 days) for the 5000 cape.
Not exactly hard to believe, but not many skillers have these.
(click to show/hide)
Requirements - 50 Thieving, 50 Agility
Rogue's armour used to be pretty common for skillers, but it's widely used any more by anyone.
[youtube]cRduQ-Smabo[/youtube]
This guide will show you where all the traps are and which ones are skippable. The reward at the end is random. You can get doubles and it is storable in POH.
Full set includes mask, top, legs, boots and gloves. If you don't get an item at the end, you get either exp or a rogue's kit, which is useless.
(click to show/hide)
Zybez walk through for the quest -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=102
You need to do up to and including step six. After that you can just use soft clay on the pedestal to get the camel mask. You get get doubles. 0 combat xp required, you can ignore the Prayer and the Magic requirements on the quest guide as you don't get that far into it.
(click to show/hide)
Zybez quest guide -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=69
You need to do up to step 3 and paragraph 3 which is the killing of the bear. For killing the bear, there are safe spots at the north-east corner for you to trap him. It is best if you get a friend to bring food for you also.
For this item you HAVE to hit at least '1' damage. So long as you hit any number other than 0, that is fine. It doesn't matter when you hit the damage since no one else can attack your bear any way. It's best to trap him first though.
After you've trapped him, just recoil him as low as possible, hit your damage then recoil to finish him off, don't forget to hit else you will have to restart boss fight again.
Vengeance also works for this boss, but it's easy enough with yourself and a friend. After you've killed the bear, you can leave, do NOT finish the quest as it gives both Attack and Prayer xp.
If you lose the mask, you CAN NOT get it back without completing the quest, which would mean getting Attack and Prayer. So try not lose it.
(click to show/hide)
Rat pole is an item you receive near the start of the Rat Catchers quest. It does have a couple of pre-quests.
Zybez quest guide -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=98
You DO get combat xp during this quest, near to the end of the quest you have use your cat to fight King Rat which gives HP xp only, but it's still like 10-20hp xp. You only need to start the quest if you want the pole though.
You can add up to 6 rats to the pole and it gives you the option of adding every time you catch a rat. I highly recommend using a cat for this instead of a kitten as it's awfully slow.
You can drop the rat pole and talk to the women you originally get it off to get more. When equipping a rat pole you have to right-click it as left click option is 'remove rat' which is highly annoying.
The weapon is 2 handed and it hides most of your face.
(click to show/hide)
Mouse Toy is another quest that has several pre-quests. The quest for Mouse Toy is A Tail of Two Cats and the reward is after you complete the quest.
Zybez walk through -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=94
There is no combat xp in this quest, however you do get some combat xp in the pre-quests [Icthlarin's Little Helper 2x damage bosses]. You can also get a nurse's hat during the quest.
(click to show/hide)
Official world: 76 [4 player]
A pretty dead minigame, but it does have 3 different sets of armour, which you can buy at different ranks.
Winning - 2 points
Losing - 1 points
There is a cap which means you can only get 12 points an hour. Most people who play in world 76 do 'siege' and just get all their troops to attack the castle, then when there is 26 minutes left they use their cannons on THEMSELVES to end the game fast and get 1 point.
This is the recommend way for fastest points.
The different ranks and prefixes in front of your name that you can get.
Left to right: Full Serjeant, Commander, War-Chief, Lord Marshal.
(click to show/hide)
This is pretty hard for skillers, since you can no longer do 1 vs 1 with a friend, you have to do it in a busy world. The only chance you have of winning is if you are paired with a friend and they leave. You can always ask the person you are against to leave [although unlikely that they will].
There really is no point hiding because you are highly unlikely to score 5k points without them finding you and you won't be able to kill them neither.
This makes getting the rewards pretty hard. Even if you lose you will get 1 token, although it would take like 10 minutes for every token if you kept losing.
The items all have requirements. None of them are worth using as level 3 considering the time it takes to get them. Dragon slayer gloves are 70 Slayer.
(click to show/hide)
To get any of the Underwater items you have to of completed Cook's Assistant, Recipe for Disaster starting out and you have to of started RFD sub-quest Pirate Pete.
Zybez walk through -
http://gyazo.com/6623cb70cdb07b26a48bdd4a9f31ba3f.png
The Diving apparatus you receive off Pirate Pete before you actually go underwater. You can drop this and speak to him to keep getting more of them for free.
During the quest you have to kill 5 Mudskippers hitting '1' damage on ALL of them. Then you are finally allowed into the Crab Pen. During the quest you have to kill one of the crabs for the meat for the actual cake you are making.
As well as the meat, the crabs CAN drop a claw and a helmet, but it is a random drop, not 100%. If you don't receive either of them you can keep killing the crabs, but just remember you have to hit 1 on the crab every time to get the drop.
Even when you do get the drop, you still have to use a chisel on the claw/helm to actually make them, which can break doing so, even at 99.
Left to right: Diving apparatus, fish bowl helmet, crab claw + helmet.
(click to show/hide)
Satchels are first of all, not a 100% drop. So you may have to kill several monsters before you even get one.
Black satchel (Dropped by Swordchick)
Gold satchel (Dropped by Jubster)
Green satchel (Dropped by Unicow)
Plain satchel (Dropped by Frogeel)
Red satchel (Dropped by Spidine)
Rune satchel (Dropped by Newtroost)
To get to the area with the monsters you first have to complete Tower of Life quest which is an easy straight forward quest. Each monster you need certain items to summon it.
The 'Unicow' which drops the Green satchel, is one of the easiest to kill, at level 25. It's always required to kill one to obtain the Ardougne Cape.
Zybez guide -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=126
(click to show/hide)
Mogres are killed by skillers for their flippers and hat. To be able to kill them, you need to have 32 Slayer and completed the following mini-quest which is easy ~
http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Mogre_(miniquest)
Rswiki states that both flippers and hat are a RARE drop, so you might be luckily to get it on your first kill or you might run out of combat xp and never get either.
Because it is not a 100% drop, it's up to you whether you are willing to risk the combat xp to get either of them.
If you do want, you need to use fishing explosives on the fishing spots south of Thurgo [smithing cape guy] all the way south of Port Sarim.
There are several safe spots including the fairy ring and the tree in which you can trap them. You can't poison them. A lot of skillers who try and get flippers recoil as low as possible then cannon the last hp so that they get a little range xp and 0hp.
Cannon gives half the xp ranging normal does.
Both the Mogre hat and flippers.
(click to show/hide)
Banners are wieldable flags that are made on Banner easel in POH. You need to have at least 48 Crafting to make the banner and 16 Construction to be assigned one.
To be assigned a banner you need to speak to Sir Renitee in the east side of White Knight's Castle. The first one is free, then after that each one will cost 5k to change.
All the banners and the different requirements to be assigned them. If you've not completed the requirement the option will not appear.
(click to show/hide)
There are several diaries that skillers can complete. The varrock top, karamja gloves, seers' headband, aroudougne cape, lumbridge ring [Possibly fremennik boots]
Varrock Diary -
http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Varrock_diary
Varrock one is pretty straight forward. There is no combat xp required for this one. Careful you don't bury a bone instead of giving it to the dog.
For the kudos, you can get 28 from doing underneath varrock museum. After you complete Dig site quest you can get another 50 from cleaning artifcats or else you can complete certain quests to get enough kudos.
Seers' Diary -
http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Seers'_Village_Tasks
Everything on here is easy, no combat xp required.
Karamja Diary -
http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Karamja_diary
There's one monster to kill on here. In the pothole north-east of Tai Bwo Wannai Village / west of Harpie Swarm, you go down the hole and you have to kill a Jogre there. There are several safespots, just make sure you hit a 1 on the Jogre before it dies.
Would recommend bringing a friend who can hold food for you just incase you run out.
Arougne Diary -
http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ardougne_diary
For this diary, there are 2 monsters you have to hit 1 on and kill. First off, after Tower of life quest, you have to kill the 'Unicow' which is level 25. Also you have to kill something on the Khazard Battlefield, either a troop or a gnome. Just remember to hit 1 before you kill it.
The hardest part of the diary is recharging your summoning on the obelisk. It's been changed several times, but at the moment you have to do all of Wolf Whistle quest but DON'T SPEAK TO THE GUY after you've recharged your summoning underground.
Once you've made the pouch, charged the rabbit away and then charged your summoning, you can go and click on the obelisk near-east of Yanille to complete the task, it doesn't have to be 0/1.
I'm not exactly sure, but when you have 0/1 summoning you might be able to do the obelisk task for Fremennik diary, but since I never done it when I was getting cape I can't say. If anyone has complete fremennik diary at level 3 please let me know.
Lumbridge Diary -
http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Lumbridge_Diary
To me this is pretty useless, as you can only get the ring (2) which doesn't do anything useful. To complete the beginner task you need to have complete Restless Ghost which is 2 Prayer.
To complete the easy task, you have to kill a giant rat and a zombie. Don't forget to hit 1 on them both.
Left to right: Varrock armour, seers' headband, karamja gloves, Ardougne cape.
(click to show/hide)
Straight forward getting these, go to this dungeon ~
Which is south-west of Seers' Village. Take a knife, candle and tinderbox with you. Light the candle, go down, run west, go down the stairs. Then go east and cut the web and the boots are on the floor.
The boots.
(click to show/hide)
Circus changes every week so you will have to look on mini-map or check on the RuneScape forums for the location. Do NOT do the range or mage part of the circus as it gets xp if you do any of the spells/shoot anything.
All the rewards, in order that you receive them. The best thing to do, is start the range and mage one, do ONE EMOTE and then end to get a piece of the lowest clothing each week until you get the giant hand.
On your Agility performance, to get the highest score, do 2 different emotes, then do the 99 trick and 99 juggling chinchompas one after each other WITH an emote in between each move so that you will perform the maximun amount of emotes by time you do last trick.
Then just do agility performance once a week until you get all the armour you want. if you destroy/lose the armour you get back free at the circus.
(click to show/hide)
This multi-tool can be used as a steel hatchet, steel pickaxe, needle, tinderbox, hammer, and chisel. You can get one from Larry the Lumberjack or Moe the Miner outside Varrock. One of them is located south of the bridge near the Champion's guild.
It has a different look depending on what style you have it set as.
Different looks depending on what style you have it as.
(click to show/hide)
This item has been obtained by skillers before but it's a ridiculous amount of combat xp since each part of the sceptre isn't a 100% drop and you need 4 different parts to make it.
Right skull half - Minotaurs ( level 12-27 ) on the first floor
Bottom of sceptre - Flesh Crawlers ( level 28-41 ) on the second floor
Top of sceptre - Catablepons ( level 49-68 ) on the third floor
Left skull half - Ankous ( level 75-86 ) on the fourth floor
The catablepons and ankous and both high levelled so would take you quite a few trips just to kill a few of them, so best to have a friend venging you also if you want to attempt getting this item and recoils.
You have to hit 1 on every monster.
Skull Sceptre.
(click to show/hide)
For this quest, there are two different sides you can join. Siding with Hazeel will get you Hazeel's mark amulet and is 0 combat xp. If you choose the other side you can get Carnillean armour which looks the exact same as the old style red and blue Castle wars plate. This requires you to kill a level 13 boss for the drop, or killing him twice and dropping the plate once to finish the quest also.
Zybez guide -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=26
Left to right: Hazeel's Mark, Carnillean armour.
(click to show/hide)
Possibly don't have to start the quest to get the armour, quest is Fight Arena if you do.
Armour is got from the end of this house on the wall, which is east of gnome maze, south of Ardougne, you get a helmet and a platebody. It has a destroy option so can't get doubles.
Helmet and top.
(click to show/hide)
Easy item to obtain, you get near the very start of Plague City quest when you get Edmond's wife to make you one with dwellberries.
Zybez guide -

(click to show/hide)
Currently a promotional item that was available in the USA, but it now only available in the UK from buying a 90 day RuneScape card from game or gamestation and activating it. Costs £12.99.
(click to show/hide)
There are two different horns from Barbarian assault. The majority of skillers that have it get the free one from completing the Barbarian Assault rules that everyone has to go through to play the mini-game. The commander gives you it at reward section.
The Penance Master horn is an upgraded version from the smaller horn and you get it free after you have achieved level 5 in either Healer/Defender/Collector/Attacker role during the Barbarian Assault minigame. You don't get combat xp during the minigame but since it's got a lot of combat monsters and you need 5 players for it, not many people will let you on their team.
The best way to get it is to do with a group of friends. You can do waves 1-9 and reset your wave at the entrance since the Queen is impossible without guthix rests and a lot of luck. You can hide at the horn of glory during the actual waves and nothing can attack you.
For every role you get to level 5, the penance horn gets an extra icon added on to the emote.
Master horn with all roles complete.
(click to show/hide)
Not many people know what this is, although it is a requirement for the Varrock medium diary. To obtain it you must catch 100 rats and then speak to Gertrude for it.
(click to show/hide)
Quite a tricky item to get, for this you will need some friends to help you, since you have to kill a level 111 Ice Queen.
To get there, you need 50 Mining to mine through the rocks that block the way on White Wolf Mountain.
Once you navigate your way to the Ice Queen's lair the area becomes multicombat, so you'll need your friends to go through first so that the ice warriors will attack them instead.
Make your way to the top of the room and you'll be out of reach of the warriors, you can get the Queen trapped. You'll have to venge/recoil her low, so make sure you bring good food, preferably rocktails, with your friends bringing backup food also.
Don't forget to hit 1, you don't want to fight her all over again.
Ice gloves.
(click to show/hide)
To be able to wield an Elemental Shield, you have to of completed Elemental Workshop 1.
Zybez guide -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=17
During the quest you have to kill an earth elemental, which means you have to hit 1 on it. After you try to mine it, it will come alive. It's level 35, so it's easy to solo. Don't forget to hit damage before you kill it.
(click to show/hide)
Duelling cap is available for both f2p and p2p. it records the number of duelling arena wins you have accumulated total. There are 6 different tiers and once you have achieved each tier you can change between them to which one you prefer.
The best ways to get kills is to duel with your friend and for them to keep forfeiting for you. Each win is 1 point.
Tier 6 emote.
(click to show/hide)
This item is just pure combat xp getting it. You can obtain the first one in Edgeville and the more players you kill, the better the tiers. Like the duelling cap, there is 6 different tiers.
The only hats you could really achieve would be tier 1 and 2, possibly 3 is you used a hell of a lot of combat xp and/or possible get some level 2 skills. Your friend would have to get low hp from a monster or attack you and recoil their hp low and you would have to hit 1 damage for every single kill.
Purely recoiling someone does not count as a kill.
(click to show/hide)
To get a Glarial's amulet you have to do the majority of the Waterfall Quest, which has a lot of high level monsters, some which can hit 100+ so you'll need high healing food, preferably rocktails.
Zybez walk through -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=74
You get the amulet at the end of step 2. You can drop it and search to get doubles.
(click to show/hide)
The Blurite sword is made during the Knight's Sword.
Zybez guide -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=56
The sword can ONLY be made during the quest and can not be made after. To get one you have to take double the materials required and after he makes you the sword, drop it and get him to make another.
Also at the end of the quest where you give the sword over, drop the sword and pick back up after quest is complete to keep it.
(click to show/hide)
The beads of the dead are used during Shilo Village quest to enter tomb of Rashiliya and be protected.
Zybez guide -
http://www.zybez.net/quest.aspx?id=50
It's found by using a chisel on the sword pommel found in the tomb of Beverius, although if you have destroyed it after the quest or lost it you can buy it back off Yanni Salika in Shilo Village for 1k.
(click to show/hide)
With the ordinary Silverlight retrieved during Demon Slayer, you can dye it black with the mushrooms found at The Golem quest in the east desert.
If you've lost your Silverlight you can buy it back off Sir Prysin for 500gp in Varrock Castle. Take a vial, pestle and mortar to shanty pass, go through and go east over the bridge all the way until you reach a building.
Go down the stairs of the building and immediately next to them you will find the black mushrooms. Pick them and use on pestle and mortar to get the liquid in the vial. Then use on your silverlight.
Any questions or items you feel should be added, please let me know.

Very impressive and useful guide. Can you add like a small text name under the image title as well (to make the post searchable) or to add them in an alphabetic order?
Add the new minigame items (new robes from GOP, Shark's tooth necklace from Fishing Trawler, maybe there's more I don't remember). Also, you could add information about friend chats that can be used (like "gop addict" and "gop addict 2" for 50/50 GOP in F2P and P2P, easyfogwin for FOG, etc). I don't know if Stealing creation should be added, but those items may have some sort of cosmetic value as well.
Desert disguise might qualify.

Does broomstick qualify for the list? You can add the enchant information for teleportation to Sorceress' garden. Fight Arena needs to be started (no parts except the first dialoge required) for the Khazard armour.

Straight forward getting these, go to this dungeon ~
Which is south-west of Seers' Village. Take a knife, candle and tinderbox with you. Light the candle, go down, run west, go down the stairs. Then go east and cut the web and the boots are on the floor.
The boots.

Possibly don't have to start the quest to get the armour, quest is Fight Arena if you do.
Armour is got from the end of this house on the wall, which is east of gnome maze, south of Ardougne, you get a helmet and a platebody. It has a destroy option so can't get doubles.

Not many people know what this is, although it is a requirement for the Varrock medium diary. To obtain it you must catch 100 rats and then speak to Gertrude for it.

Ice gloves.

Zybez guide -

During the quest you have to kill an earth elemental, which means you have to hit 1 on it. After you try to mine it, it will come alive. It's level 35, so it's easy to solo. Don't forget to hit damage before you kill it.

The sword can ONLY be made during the quest and can not be made after. To get one you have to take double the materials required and after he makes you the sword, drop it and get him to make another.
Also at the end of the quest where you give the sword over, drop the sword and pick back up after quest is complete to keep it.
