If you still update this thread, you could add these to the list:

http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Fish_hats

You get them from the Hunt for Red Raktuber quest. Finishing the quest does award between 40-100 Attack experience, I believe. But from what I remember you don't need to finish the quest to get the hats anyway. (I have them on my Skiller).

Just a little update from me.

Skull Sceptre is still obtainable, but it requires using a combat friend.

Simply type in YouTube "Skull Sceptre skiller guide" in the search bar, theres a video there that can explain how to still get it. It's very risky and has a chance of ruining your account if the combatter doesn't follow proper instructions, but nonetheless, STILL OBTAINABLE! :D

Very nice guide :) Seeing skillers with these items is always a bit cool and quirky and it's nice to know for the future that some of these are obtainable. I've always loved that bear head :o

Bear head is still obtainable too, always will be. Just requires rings of recoils. :)

Not sure if you knew, just wanted to quote you just incase. :P
