I was in a Twitch stream last night, one person was banned for 3 days. They said they closed the prize screen and re opened it and "didn't even get anything good."

The permanent bans are good, hopefully the banned accounts didn't buy or sell anything major in that time frame. They won't be rolling back the whole game, so hopefully they can just vanish that money real quick.
