I am not sure what the ending meant (kind of vague even for a teaser) - but I can relate to pickpocketing elves in Priffdinas.

It was announced at RuneFest 2016 that Menaphos will be accessible in June 2017. Jagex stated that it will be a hub city with a lodestone and Grand Exchange clerks similar to Prifddinas, but with higher reward coming at a higher risk.

I think this is a good direction for Jagex to go into (If they stick with it).. Let's hope it's accessible to the skillers too.
