RuneScape Classic: Farewell

So, what happens to our bank accounts on there? Will we be given another option to transfer to rs3?

Memes aside it makes sense to shut down the classic servers. From what I've heard/seen, classic is full of bots.

So, what happens to our bank accounts on there? Will we be given another option to transfer to rs3?

More chance of Lilly becoming a PvMer if you ask me.

I agree that it doesn't make sense to keep the game around, but it would be nice if the few veterans who are still around, those who made the wrong choice about their items, were given the chance to transfer them,  or maybe just the rares so that botted resources don't affect the market

I wasn't active recently (nor for a very long time), but RSC was a lot of my childhood... Being so young and just aimlessly wandering around the paths near Lumby -> Varrock etc. I never fully understood the game, but just the nature of it and how immense it was gave me a feeling of belonging.

It's sad to see it go but I think its time has come. There are 'other' ways to get a pretty good RSC fix

Why do I go be this so much lol.
It's a sad day but the community wasn't very active, for those select few, devastating I'm sure but I'm sure the maintenance costs outweighed the demand, as with funorb.
