Honestly, I thought they scrapped this.  Because you heard about it when in the development stages and nothing.  Nothing at all until now.


"Over the course of a month, this PAG made 336 submissions for possible changes – 328 of which were accepted."


Probably Jagex: None of which have been done yet and likely never will lawl.
