Mod Kelpie was live on Facebook and revealed the top 10 ninja fixes as were voted on in this thread. The results are;

Quick fixes

• Teleports: Elf teleport seeds have too few charges.
• Buffs UI: Lots of effects don't appear on the buff bar.
• Dungeoneering: It's tricky selecting bats and animated pickaxes.
• Familiar UI: There is no option to dump inventory into beast of burden.
• Summoning: Familiars aren't force called when teleporting to some areas.
• Worlds: W48 has an outdated total level.
• Prayer: Prayer potions aren't available to F2P.
• Buffs UI: Many buffs/debuffs lack specific numbers
• Chat: The character limit in friend and clan chat channels is too small.
• Invention: Installed gizmos cannot be seen when examining another player.

Big fixes

• Banks: It is difficult to maintain a tidy bank.
• Auras: Auras take up a lot of bank space.
• D&Ds: There is too much "DailyScape" burden put on the player.
• Inventory: Currency pouch is inconvenient to use.
• Broadcasts: There are no clan broadcasts.
• Practice Mode: You cannot choose which phase of a boss to practice against.
• Prayer: There is only one quick-prayer preset.
• Quickchat: There are no quickchats for total level, total xp, or xp in a skill.
• Magic: Storm of Armadyl is underwhelming.
• Broadcasts: Cannot be interacted with for quick social interactions.
