I think this is Jagex changing because of the gambling side of things our government was looking at banning.

Even if it was government influenced it definitely makes some of the OP TH promotions even more worthwhile. Like loot duels for instance and being able to pick which reward you want.

I think this change just encourages it further and makes it even more OP than it previously was. I understand why they've done it, but I think it'll further hurt the game than help it.  #-o
