Ah, the highly esteemed dragon plate armour. Knowledgeable adventurers among you may know that this fine armour can be altered to become ornate and spiked variations. Never fear, this option remains with this marvellous replica! Once purchased, simply open your customisation tab to select regular, ornate and spiked appearances.

Infinity robes are already among the hardest assets to obtain in all of Gielinor, which makes these retro-styled replicas really stand out from the crowd. As the dragon plate armour is available in all variations, so indeed are the infinity robes: use your customisation tab to choose between their distinctive rainbow design and all four elemental variants!

Of course, these replicas will override your appearance only – the stats of your equipped armour will be retained.

This looks so good lol, I only wish there was a dragon chainbody to . Can be bought with loyalty points, 60K a set isn't bad tbh.

I was disappointed in this. I realize it would've required more coding. But it should've been like a retro "cover" on the slot to where whatever you wore in the slot was the pre update look. Ie could've had old torva look again. Ida bought a set just for that

Nate, I am sure they're just adding in the dragon set to see how people take it before they work on adding in the old sets for more. =P

If they made just one cover which reverted every item, it wouldn't be very good for their profit margins

I agree in a sense, although I love the old dragon/infinity boots look haha. It doesn't make sense to allow us skillers to wear say, torva, without spending the money in game or have the requirements.

They could release it like they do with the keepsake box thing, buy an old school box or something and have that item how it was back in the day or something?

Yes similar to this, overall its greatly needed to have a reason to buy these items again, and i think it shouldve been required to have the levels for them aswell :x

I bought the dragon one, it looks pretty cool. I don't see why it would "need the required stats" since it's only an override and in places like the wilderness it wouldn't show so what difference does it make?

The same way as keepsake keys require you to have the levels. Wearing dragon wasn't about wearing armour. It was about having the armour. At the time it was some of the most expensive gear setups.(for full). And thus it was in a sense earned.

When I heard about the new retro overrides I assumed you would have to actually be wearing the actual armour in order to be granted the retro override. I like the idea of not having to wear the armour in order to have the override, but I think it should still have a level requirement in order to wear it. I'm not a big fan of skillers wearing dragon.

I like the update, but I agree with what BatwingRobes and a few other people have said on this topic. Why should someone be able to look as if they have Dragon but not have 60 defense? I'll admit, it's not TOO much of an issue with dragon but what about skillers wearing Torva or Pernix?

Regardless, I bought the Infinity robes and I love them
