Don't ever underestimate trolls.

If they are added to the FC, they can still join without meeting the requirement

Sure until they quest to 150 total in an hour and continue. I'm just concerned that the restrictions may develop (thinking back to the hiscores removal).

Wouldn't it take longer than that still? What with the addition of quest xp reward level requirements?
