Seren is the goddess of elves, she didn't follow Guthix It is indicated that Guthix and her had feelings for each other. And when he went to sleep, he asked her to leave Gielenor, but for some she didn't and is the only god that wasn't affected by the Edicts.

And I myself was a Guthix follower if you can say that, but i switched to Zaros when i read more about him
