Does this mean we get rid of the account, or are we keeping it with the features that will still work after?

will there be a replacement? because im sure its not just skynet that uses the data from it. I bet other websites or discord bots use the same information.

I think the companion app is only needed to host skynet, i.e. have it logged in 24/7. The information the app and skynet source from is available on the runescape website (so will still be available), at least that's how I interpret it.
