I thought everyone had read about it, but it seems they haven't;

Quote
Thanksgiving 2014

The Lumbridge Castle cook's brother has unwittingly unleashed a flock of turkeys, and it's up to you to find them up in our Thanksgiving event, running from 00:00 GMT on 27th November to 23:59 on 30th November.

There are 20 to locate all around Gielinor - 10 in free-to-play areas, and 10 only accessible to members.

Find 10 turkeys and you'll unlock the new 'the Thanksgiver' title, plus all free-to-play rewards from Thanksgivings past.

Track down all 20 and you'll get a large XP lamp, plus all previous members' Thanksgiving rewards.

You can also join Mod Jon and Mod Neena for the RuneScape Thanksgiving Parade: 16:00 GMT on 27th November at Varrock Square on World 34. Visit the events forum thread for details of this and other fun in-game events.

It was definitely better than some of the previous Thanksgiving events.

It would have been nice for them to give quirky clues as to where the turkeys were hiding, rather than a simple "There's one in Varrock". The turkeys did have some nice examine text (and they each represented a J Mod), so that was nice.

Overall, I'd rate it as a 9/10, considering that Thanksgiving has never really been a big holiday in RuneScape.
