So for the past week and two days I've been training firemaking going to 99 and all that.
I was using the partyhat animation that could be unlocked on the roadtrip event, and every now and then I'd see a black partyhat on the animation, but it always happen so quickly and most of the time i am afking i thought it was just because i had looked to the runescape window on a glimpse or something.
But i kept seeing it every now and then and i started to think i needed new glasses or something. It was bothering me and i searched everywhere i could about the animation, and there was no reference to a random black partyhat appearing on it, everywhere it says the partyhats are thrown by their alphabetic order (blue, green, purple, red, white, yellow) and nothing else.
But I kept seeing that random black partyhat every now and then, I started to think this is too much firemaking training i need to stop
So yesterday i decided I'd look at every partyhat my character would throw to the bonfire to see if there was a black partyhat or not and i kept looking time passing by and nothing no black partyhat but i kept looking and waiting and looking and waiting until after around 300k firemaking experience a random black partyhat appeared! I took a screenshot but unfortunately it wasn't good enough because the partyhat was already falling so it isn't all visible and people could argue it was just shading or something, when suddenly shortly after that one another one appears and this time i was able to take a good screenshot of it and prove to myself I was not going crazy or looking at my character throwing partyhats for 300k exp just makes me even more crazy?
Either way those jagex sneaky mods adding sneaky things everywhere!

They seem to appear completely randomly i gained 300k experience without seeing one and suddenly in around 5k exp i get two!
