So I recently have gathered enough GP for a bond and I was wondering when is a good time to activate it and maintain the bond, I currently have 64 CB.

The best time would be never, don't sell your soul to Jagex. Sell your soul to us it's cheaper.

I think it doesn't matter that much tbh even with low statts being member is always a good thing

When you're high enough combat to start doing bossing. You're not going to make any money to maintain the bond (in game money I mean) without high enough combat.

Personally, when you can't progress on F2P anymore. My golden rule is always when your stats are level 30 and or above, excluding the members skills of course.

Alternatively when there's a promotion on going, such as the 3 for 2 menaphos promo currently active.
