Whats the deal wth F2P now?

Just started RS again with a new goal of getting a phat from scratch in F2P :) but did Jagex make summoning, herblorer and all that F2P? cuz Im getting grimy herb drops from monsters in F2P worlds and some member quests are F2P now o.o

F2P are able to level all P2P stats to 5.

F2P can get level 5 stats now in the P2P skills.

Best of luck man, you got quite a fun quest ahead of you.
