I think it was pretty popular among skillers before EoC. I can't recall why, but I have one

Used to be able to use it for 30 minutes every 5 hours. It had a 5% chance of reflecting damage to a monster which means you would get the drop without having to hit one. I remember I used it to kill 5 mogres at a time when trying to get flippers.
