i don't understand why other countries need to have  people buy a Tv License to watch tv and why is he paying twice for phone . Isn't a cell phone good enough?

Yeah that's the reason why they do it, to show how less they protect the games were people pay alot for.

They can cover it in their mantle of righteousness all they want, but at the end of the day it's still a criminal offence punishable by law.

The TV licence is to watch the BBC channels which have no adverts at all and often produce quality shows, worth it imo

in my country u get the channel for fee cause it come with amenities with the place u live at or  it just comes in the tv package that u picked out to pay each month.

Public service should be funded by taxes

It isn't run by the government as it's meant to be independent and impartial, it's still pretty good
