Sadly they can only pump out so much big content at once. So I guess new skills will end up further back than thought.

they did that with runecraft at rs2 release aswell iirc, so i hope they do
im looking forward to it.

I dont believe  in anything that jagex says intill they  actually do it. Jagex has said many different things that never came true.
