So i've noticed that this Consentus has a fairly limited amount of ranks.

As i've seen done by many other clans perhaps we could incorporate ranks according to Runescape status?

As in Advanced & Elite members, member who have a certain total level or total exp?

I've noticed there was a number of Clan Chat ranks not coordinated with Clan ranks so i figured i'd put this out there.
Just thinking out loud, opinions? :x

I've never seen it fail before (although it probably has), I think it's a 50/50 idea.

RuneScape status doesn't equal maturity and patience to handle the rank. Some people can't handle the rank whilst others wish to abuse it.
I can't see anybody (maybe 1 or 2 exceptions >_>) in this Clan doing that though so sure. :)

There have been discussions about such ranks in the staff room, it's just deciding on how to fairly set the requirements.

It was suggested the last time we discussed ranks, however it went no further.

I like the idea as it gives some clan members something to work towards.

I think we should have an advanced, elite and novice rank.

So the order would be:

Guest -> Novice -> Colleague -> Advanced -> Elite

I like Trix's idea. Although, these ranks wouldn't have any kicking power. I would think these ranks would only show how good everyone is in the clan skilling wise and it would be fun watching those people who are at novice go to elite. :p
Other ranks such as clan chat should be able to still kick in clan chat and forum moderators should be able to moderate forums still.

I think keeping the system we have in place now for the ranks with the new members as such, but start using the other starred ranks more, and maybe that overseer rank under the keys for important people? I.E Pro of the month etc (changes each month)

Just a thought.

As a ex clan leader I thought that would be a keep idea =]
