Pure Resets

Pure Resets

Maintaining a pure account has been tricky with the advent of Evolution of Combat. Now that Legacy Mode’s firmly established, we feel it’s time to offer two completely free packages to those interested in reclaiming their pure accounts: one resetting Constitution and Prayer levels, the other resetting Defence.

The Constitution and Prayer pack will take you down to level 10 and 1 respectively, but you’ll need combat stats no greater than 5 if you want to use it. The Defence pack takes you down to level 1, but your total level in Attack, Strength, Magic and Ranged must be 10 or greater. Both packages will reset any quests or tasks that require the corresponding stats.

For whoever is interested. Have fun.

Will skillers who had Prayer and Constitution before EOC be able to reset their levels as well? Or is it only for people who got it during EOC?

I don't think they'll discriminate

Not a lot of skillers supported my arguments in the discussions on Hpfll's forums, and I can't really blame them even though I was strongly against HP and Prayer. I guess most didn't really want to view them as combat skills despite being highly cb supportive, and after all, Jagex decides what affects combat, however illogical their decision is. There was also the aspect of being able to pk in warbands. Everyone seemed to love that!

Very interesting. I find it odd that Jagex go back on so many of their game updates yet still continue to pump out more and more unthought content.

Judging by the BTS video, they can only be used once, but who knows though :p

Gonna be disappointed if they allow skillers who chose to get prayer/hp prior to EoC knowing that they would give combat, to get reset. It goes against everything and makes them seem more pushover than usual, if people that chose to do it deserve to not get reset when they made choices they knew of.

hm its a shame that Jagex are putting out all this content without thinking about it and then going back on it, I understand why people may have got the levels. I'd be so pissed if I spent the amount of money 99 prayer costs to just have to reset it though..

It's fully up to people to reset it though, they can just keep it and be different, but in 2k14  you're a failed skiller if you don't have level 3 so I'm sure most people don't want that to happen.

I got HP+Pray because it never raised cmb levels, fully maxed or nothing :>

Also a "true skiller" would adapt
