It seems that anything unlocked/completed which is related to prayer and constitution will be kept after the reset. For example, if you have completed quests that require prayer, those quests and storylines will still be completed after you have been reset.

This is a response to the possibility of resetting other stats as well, such as attack:

In the latter scenario, which isn't explicitly promised like hp/pray, it seems that it's incumbent on the player to delete his/her reward items for the reset to happen. Will we be seeing an influx of new skillers? Will Jagex be careless and accidentally reset players with high cb items like tokhaar-kal?

If quests and storylines will not be reset, I'm probably getting prayer and hp up a couple of weeks before reset to unlock some content. For example, the quests may be requirements to future content (quests, and implicitly to areas and minigames), and it would be nice to have max ports score.

This is getting silly, if they do this I cant see it being feasible to roll back hundreds of skillers

If they were to roll back people I would consider doing pray/hp quests and getting rolled back myself, but it just seems a bit... Lame. They have already rolled back skillers with adze and stuff before and people are obviously going to try and get rolled back with other stuff they aren't meant to have.

Skillers with things like fire ring and gloves would be advantage over skillers that don't get prayer for them now.

If the rollback can happen for anyone, people will ask for a max account for example to have their Defence removed to make pures like they used to be before EoC, it'll be hard for Jagex to maintain such system, yet again another promise they won't be able to stick to.

Can only get ring of fire/gloves on a skiller if you used the instant kill darts, or got combat stats reset

You only had to keep lit a certain amount of beacons for gloves and ring, I had both on previous account without dart or reset.

It's only all 14 beacons for the adze which is what one skiller got reset with at like 30 combat. Instantkill was only needed for the boss on Family Crest.

You can't start the beacon network without all fired up quest, and for that you need to do priest in peril and recoiling the guard dog doesn't count as a kill you need to do damage ;o.

You also need more quests for adze. I am pretty sure land of the goblins is the 3rd or fourth quest  in the series and in that one specifically you need to kill the 4 goblin priests without any armour so no recoil either.

If someone did get a rollback after getting some things exclusive to combat ppl like fire cape, adze, magical secetours etc I doubt jagex would remove those items/qps or whatever.  I remember someone in cts did vampire slayer on a skiller for some reason which gave like 20 attack and jagex still did a rollback and kept qps.

It's extremely unfair for skillers to keep items and stuff and jagex will most likely over look this sadly.
