I like the idea. Can't make a judgement yet because we only have so little information on it, but I'm optimistic it will be a pretty interesting idea.

To get the best exp will probably be repetitive as alway and I can imagine. As to it being f2p I doubt it. If the energy from Divination is require how will that work? Using the first set of energies over and over for 99 will take far too long for sanity lol

This skill reminds of of the smithing skill in skyrim, levelling up your weaponry to certain degrees past normal. and enchanting is in skyrim etc too :p

If they get it right, it will be a good enhancement to in game items and play.
If they get it right it will be a useful skill.
If they get it wrong we are doomed? :P
Either way, its meant to be a slow skill. slower than all others so far they said.
