New skill and new boss?

Hey guys i found this on some polish site and translated it (google translate, yes im lazy ik) What do you think of it? To me its total bs i don't believe in it, maybe the boss but not the skill.

I doubt there will be a new skill.

Even though in 2010 we had no idea the new skill would be Dungeoneering until the day of release, we were still given months of advanced notice of a new skill.

Would be cool to see a new skill though, considering that it would fit the pattern of a new skill every two years.
