Anyone else having this issue?

In the past couple of days I keep lagging out and having client issues. When I teleport to places it gets stuck on the loading bar and I have to restart client, etc. Also my mininmap icons disappear, so I can't see where any banks are etc.

Lots of people from what I hear. I personally haven't had any issues. I did a clean install though, ie removed the old game files.
