I think you will need a couple more levels or some more xp. I'm not from the staff though.

If you were F2P you would meet the requirements, but as you are P2P you need to either...
P2P:
20M non-combat experience or 1,100 total level in non-combat levels.
F2P:
10M non-combat experience or 650 total level in non-combat levels.
Feel free to lurk around the forums and clan chat anyway, I'll leave this thread open since you are only 1m experience away. :)

Welcome to Consentus and thanks for your application.
As has already been pointed out, you fall slightly short of our requirements. You require around another 1M non-combat experience.
