I think you will need a couple more levels or some more xp. I'm not from the staff though.

If you were F2P you would meet the requirements, but as you are P2P you need to either...

Not sure if you remember me from W61, but I remember you.

As has already been pointed out, you fall slightly short of our requirements. You require around another 1M non-combat experience.
