Runescape, is this the end?

As most of you know, I've basically quit Runescape.
I'm not finding it fun anymore and the only thing to do is stop playing the game.

I will still be active within Consentus (Forums-wise) and I will be doing the Consentus Anniversary event that is on the 20th-21st.

I'm just not finding Runescape enjoyable and the only thing to do is move on.
For those that know me will understand this.

I want to keep in touch with everyone, even if it means me texting them or skyping them.
I don't know if I'll be made a former member after posting this.

Consentus changed me as a person, it made me more happy, friendly and ready to engage in dicussions, conversations and building new friendships.

I love Consentus and I love everyone in it, this is my family.
I've made some amazing friendships that I couldn't imagine.
Real life events etc. , which I'm still looking forward to in the future.

I'd like to thank the staff team for giving me the oppurtunity to work alongside you, you're all great!

Also I'd like to give a huge thankyou to everyone who has helped me in one way or another in the past, I hugely appreciate it.

Who knows? I might be back by the end of the year, but with bigger and better games coming out I highly doubt it.
But like I said, I hope I can still stay active on here if I'm not made former.

This has been coming for a while now Adam, lots have noticed a decrease in activity.

Thank you for the hard work you have put into the clan, especially the events which would not have run as smoothly without you.

I wish you good luck in all you do, hopefully one day you can come back and finish Hunter and Fishing.

You will not be made a Former Member (unless you want to be) as you still plan to visit the forums and contribute.

its not a surprise to see this but doesn't make it any less of a shock

it is different in the cc without you Adam!

You put a lot of hard work into all you've done for the clan

I figured this would happen, and it's totally normal.

Divination is basically dead content, and there's not a lot of newness to the game anymore, there's really not much more left for this game, I don't think. Jagex has been disappointing their fanbase for awhile now, and I do not think it will get any better.

I've felt the same way about quitting too, especially with the release of GTA 5, and Splinter Cell, and other games that are way more fun then Runescape, and have a better gameplay, and aren't all based around graphics, like RS3 is.

So, Adam. Glad to see you're sticking with the clan in the only way you can, if it's not ingame based. Thank you for your time, and if you do come back, we will always be here. If you don't, have fun doing your irl stuff.

If you don't enjoy the games updates, and have considered quitting, just quit and spare the people that still enjoy the game from the moaning about the updates, I don't see why people play the game when they don't find any of the updates fun, and just rage about them.

It's not "rage" so to speak, as much as a little bit of disappointment i have with the game's recent updates.

I've noticed your lacking activity recently Adam, especially within the cc and I have spoken to you about this, albeit briefly.

I hope you decide to return to RuneScape but I understand how you're feeling - I feel the same way to a certain extent but it's this clan that keeps motivating me to log on. I know we won't lose touch and you are a good friend to me.

I knew this was coming Adam. I understand how you feel and I also know a break will most likely spur a return (hopefully). I know how helpful it is to take a few months off the game and focus on others. Even I have been on CoD more and stuff now than I was however I need to keep active in game to keep up with the competition!

I know we'll speak on CoD and stuff on release and most likely GTA5 when that comes out. Please keep active on the forums if you can and thank you for all the hard work you put into the Clan.

Good luck mate, don't look it as quitting but more a break.

It's gonna happen now, or it's gonna happen later. It's completely understandable and we should all respect your decision.

It's only fair that we should be happy with how things in life have to change.

What's most important is that you will always remain our friend. You were one of the most welcoming people that accepted me into the clan when I first joined, and I appreciate you being such a great friend to me, as well as being a massively great part of the clan.

I know it may be hard to feel like this, but just as long as we talk - everything will be alright.

If you do eventually come back, i'll still certainly be here to welcome you - the same way you welcomed me!
