Yeh I haven't been on runescape the past 2-3 weeks because with a girlfriend now I don't have the time to play, been working out to ya know please her the best  8)

Take care fellow clanmates I'll be sure to post some irl pictures on here though, thanks for being a great community to be in I wish you all the best in the future and happy scaping!

I totally agree but right now I have to cut the extra body fat for it to even be worth attempting to get I'm just cutting down like instead of 2 hamburgers eat maybe one or a half of one if I'm not too hungry :)

Just so you know not eating isn't the right way to go about getting a six pack. You're just going to lose all your bulk you've been working on, Start eating the right food and losing the fat by running daily etcetc and then start building up your abs ^.^
