After sitting and thinking , I realize that Consentus is not where I belong anymore.

I do not have the time or patience to sit and watch incompetent staff members who, clearly, believe that double standards are acceptable.

I do not have time to be censored in what I can or cannot say.

I do not have time to be told that "We're tired of your sass. Just as multiple people are."

I do not have time to be told how I shouldn't be friends with someone in the clan because of someone's personal opinion about the person and then have shade thrown at me for relaying the message back to my friend. (This is a staff member speaking about another. Could this truly be acceptable?)

I have been a part of this clan for almost four years now, and I will have to say in the past few months alone. I've seen the true colors of many and realize that if I remain a part of this clan. I will not only continue to state my feelings, but I will not have any remorse for anything that was said.

With that being said, I stand by every single comment and every single thing that I have said.

Just some constructive criticism, in order to have an effective clan, you need to have a solid staff. Staff members that do not tell members not to do one thing (i.e. being negative in Clan Chat) and turn around and do the same exact thing. That is what caused my initial outbreak today.

Yes, I understand that I may have offended many people with what I said and possibly hurt some feelings, but I'm not sorry about anything.

So, enough of this rambling about how the staff of this clan needs a SERIOUS change to people more fit for positions.

I don't really know what has happened, but I'm sorry how things have turned out. The problem with disputes isn't that people don't get along or don't agree with each other; it's when dislike and disagreements are negatively brought to light in the clan chat. It sets a bad mood that affects everyone, not just the people involved, and that's what we want to avoid. Whatever decisions we do take, whether it is not taking action or taking action, someone ends up disappointed and thinks us unfair. We are by no means perfect or 100% objective, but we try to do our best. If that doesn't suffice, let us know (in PM) what we could have done differently and perhaps a mutual solution can be found. I do not believe that any problem is so formidable that it cannot be solved, but it's far too easy to be impulsive and destructive

It is  sad to see the clan diva leave us, however there is a large BUT

I cannot condone your attitude in the Clan Chat over the last few days, you yourself have agreed you have gone a little over board.  None of us are perfect however sassy should not be mixed up with rudeness surely.

The staff have a hard job and  owners have high expectations of anyone who has a staff rank.  Therefore I take offence at you saying we have any staff member that is incompetent, all I have witnessed is staff doing a tough job to the best of their capabilities.  If you had any issues of an individual staff member I suggest you take it to their team owner and voice your concerns there.  This is why we have this structure in place.

We have a mature but respectful Chat, and I hope are welcoming to all.  I cannot agree  with you insinuating we have double standards. 

I seem to see " I do not have time" in a lot of your statements.  I think that tells everyone reading this post you are unable to work as a team and compromise.

On one hand you admit you are wrong and yet refuse to appologise, life is taking onboard criticism and learning from our mistakes.  I hope you take this as you move on to your next clan mason.
