Best of luck Jamie, hope you pass everything with flying colours! (Excuse the pun please).What type of fitness are you doing at the moment and when you say you're required a level of fitness to get into the Army, how do they test this? I'm pretty interested. ^ ^

I'm pretty interested. ^ ^At the moment just casual runs, daily pressups/situps/plank/leg raises - morning/evening.Also, getting in isn't the hard part, it's just a timed 1.5mile run + Situps, Press-ups and Chin-ups.
