Welcome to the Arc

Prior to the Portables / Arc skilling event I will be hosting the Welcome to the Arc event, for all players who currently haven't unlocked access to the arc I will be getting you there! Together I will walk you through the Impressing the locals miniquest and then show you a brief tour of the arc!

To also be able to come to the skilling / portables event you will need to have unlocked cyclosis in Player own Ports to gain access to Cyclosis island so please make sure you have !
