Challenge Gem will be placed near the bank deposit box at the very top of the Wizard's Tower, South of Draynor Village - you can use the Wicked hood to teleport to the Runecrafting Guild.

The official event will take place in Runespan (whatever level you guys can do) but people are welcome to train runecrafting however they wish however, all participants MUST PM me beforehand to let me know they're taking part otherwise attendance points will not be given.

Level 33 to access middle level

Level 66 to access top level

TIPS

Ethereal/runecrafting outfits will allow for free transport costs between islands and provide a 6% xp buff.
