My advice would be to camp the ghost peng fc while hunting the other pengs based on the reports in the forum topic (or world60pengs website). You usually don't have to use the main fc unless the pengs are roaming. Also, if there's a wildy peng, it may be worth checking the forum topic for alternate worlds. When I lead, I generally do all the pengs that require no quests first.
