This is something that needs to be in place. It's fair to those that sign up for a war and dedicate lots of time and effort into it.

If you sign up for a team war, it should be expected that you will at least participate in it. If you sign up for a war and do not gain any experience during it, you will be placed on a ban from signing up to the next clan war. This will go in effect on Feb 10th, after this intra-clan war.

Just give some notice if you can not participate in the war that you've signed up for and we can find a replacement.
