Title: Double Xp Weekend (Citadel) event

I've talked with Lilly about this earlier, and by this me and Lilly want to organize an event for people who do bank skilling at the double xp weekend to do this together with other clan members. The location where we will be doing this is the citadel bank . There will be an avatar out all the time at the citadel bank as well so everyone who attends will have 6% extra experience as well.

When: The whole double xp weekend, 31st of October to the 3rd of November.
Where: Citadel bank in the keep.
