Nex 7 (5.2%)

Nex: AoD 7 (5.2%)

Vorago 7 (5.2%)

Raids 8 (6%)

I know this isn't over etc but yet again these are attracting a decent sized vote and yet its either people voting for the sake of yea maybe in 5years i'll do them or I'll totally show up in my t60

Id prefer the people voting for these to actually post and ask Can i do this in said gear or yes i can do this and can do these roles: and i'd like to constantly try and bring clan members etc. From previous experience when hosting/advertising this i either get:

0 Turn out
1-2 people actually asking questions which is normally met with sorry but not with t70
and occasionally bringing 1 with me  ( Max i've gotten is 2)

And i advertise raids alot in cc when im online as well as rots.

Edit: and i didn't vote for any of these

As it currently stands, I think it's a complete waste of time to try and form a team within Consentus to go to Nex AoD or Raids.

However, I do think it's probably worth taking one or two learners to said events, or those with little KC/can't find a team. This seems like the best solution to me.

I'd like to create some sort of 'system', where PvMers, such as yourself, may take people from the clan and do a one-on-one learning event, not specifically for AoD/Nex, but perhaps for a different type of boss - Not everyone is good at bossing and it takes baby steps to get up to more difficult bosses.

Also, this wouldn't be a regular event of sorts. The person would PM you and set up a date on when you can both go.

Does that make any sense? ???

tbh this makes perfect sence
ages ago when i was in the pvm team i hosted weekly events and i didnt try to go above nex.
Because people don't show up
think best i did then was "maybe dont quote me on this one" like 4-5 people not including me
and i remember dave doing a nex learning event with 0 people showing up but it was "hyped up" before event that people are coming.
What im getting from it is people complain about the lack of events or that we not doing raids aod or something like that.
Hard to do that when you dont have people even trying to make a effort coming up why its mainly "low" level pvm events cause it dosent require many people

also i like damiens idea of one on one pvm learning event

My pm is always open and as i've said sometimes my team needs 1-2 people just depends time of day, Yet even when i say full raids +1 i hardly get a response but the next day i might see a "no1 ever takes learners" to such and such and im sitting there like ??????

I think the possibility is there for those events it would just be the same small group who would even be capable. (No bm)

Also do I have the authority to start throwing together BA events. I need alot of bxp and I might as well do it with the clan.
