There needs to be a clarification on pendants.

No boosts acquired before the event.

This rule makes me think that they should not be allowed.

One player who has saved up a lot of Skill Recharge Gems has a major advantage to someone that does not have any.

Yes, there allowed because techically they can be aquired during the event which would be silly not to use them. + Everybody can use them

But it isn't something that they can have constantly unlike say, the Fishing outfit.
Someone may have a pendant, but that does not mean they have Skill Recharge Gems to keep on supplying the Xp.
Another player might have a lot of Gems and that can seriously change the EXP gained in a day.

Adding on to what you're saying, I'm sure the majority of the pendants that are being used were obtained before the Skill war, as with the Skill recharge gems.

I'm only bringing this up to make it as fair as possible. That's all.
