One possible solution to make it more fair if they are underrepresented in a skill is for us to divide our cumulative XP by e.g. 1.8.

I like the idea of that Red, but (not trying to sound mean here) why should we be penalised, it's not our fault they can't fill their teams  :-X

Just use the amt. they got in each teams so if they only got 1 we use one, even if we can use more, cause they always fail miserably to fill their teams and it's not our fault but we should just be nice to them so we don't get another big argument like in the tramps v cts war where we had people going between cc's complaining and moaning etc

Ahh I'm going to have to be really awkward and pull out of Agility last minute..

I'll explain a bit first. I overlooked something quite important that is happening on that weekend that I really shouldn't have. It's our (me and my girlfriend) 4 year anniversary on the Saturday, so hopefully we well be doing something throughout the day and going out on the evening to celebrate. Unfortunately this leaves me unable to give the event the time it needs to get a decent exp gain.

I mean, if there is no one else available I could try and play when I get time but I can't promise that I can spare enough time on the Saturday to do our clan proud :(

Just let me know if you can't find anyone and I'll try my bestest but for now it looks like I can't take part.
