I believe thieving is a lot faster

Hunter and thieving are fairly close in XP/h. I think C2 fishing and C2 Woodcutting stand out a bit with these multipliers, but accommodating the multipliers to C2 XP rates would render said skills unfair to skillers.

Hm, how does it compare, on an average, to C2 with combat? I have never actually tried C2 fishing/wcing, but I have tried a bunch of regular solo runs, to see how much dungeoneering XP I would get while opening as many doors as possible and leaving early. The guardian doors mutilate progress quite a bit.

Generally,  c2 is only efficient if you do both wc, fishing and fm. Since you are only doing 1 skill for this war, c2 is not worth it.

You can choose 2 skills, so you can basically do wc and fishing

Yes you are free to choose whether you wanna do 2 skills or just the one of them.
