Yes, you can, i was just making a tracker. You can add people to the tracker whenever once it is made.

And Dan no i was trying to make a tracker with all everyone that has signed up, but for some reason, it won't allow me to do it.

You can make a tracker that tracks overall exp. When that is done you can go in and choose which skill you want to have a look at, and it will show the gained exp in that specific skil.

You can choose what skill you want to look at.

It seems like there are some errors with adding some accounts to the tracker.

I have problems adding the following people:

Only Lilly

Mct Lethal

Pontins

MeLvl138  - F2P.

I believe this is due to runetrack being very bugged lately, and the admin of the site have not been online for over a month. I am not sure he will get on in time to fix this issue, if he does not, the mentioned people will be required screenshots previous to the start of the skill war.
